Privacy Policy
Please be informed that, pursuant to current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016), the processing of your personal data is carried out with fairness and transparency, for lawful purposes, and protecting your privacy and your rights.
Data processing is also carried out with the aid of IT tools for the following purposes:
-
To acquire and confirm your reservation for accommodation and ancillary services, and to provide the requested services. As this processing is necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required, except in cases where "Special Categories of Personal Data" are provided. Should you refuse to provide your personal data, we will be unable to confirm the reservation or provide the requested services. Processing will cease upon your departure, although some of your personal data may or must continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manners indicated in the following points;

To comply with the obligation provided by the "Consolidated Law on Public Safety" (Article 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773), which requires us to notify the Police Headquarters (Questura), for public safety purposes, of the details of the guests staying with us, according to the procedures established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of January 7, 2013). The provision of data is mandatory and does not require your consent; in case of refusal to provide it, we will not be able to host you in our facility. Data acquired for this purpose are not stored by us unless you provide consent for storage as provided in point 4;
-
To comply with current administrative, accounting, and tax obligations. For these purposes, processing is carried out without the need to obtain your consent. Data are processed by us and our authorized personnel and are disclosed externally only in compliance with legal obligations. In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for the aforementioned obligations, we will be unable to provide the requested services. Data acquired for these purposes are stored by us for the period required by the respective regulations;
-
To expedite registration procedures in the event of subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, upon acquisition of your consent (which can be revoked at any time), your data will be stored for a maximum period of 3 years and will be used when you are our guest again for the purposes mentioned in the previous points;
-
To send you promotional messages and updates on rates and offers. For this purpose, upon acquisition of your consent, your data will be stored for a maximum period of 3 years and will not be disclosed to third parties. You may revoke your consent at any time;
-
Personal data are not disclosed to third parties, except for legal obligations or when necessary for the provision of services. In particular, we use suppliers acting as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, such as reservation management systems (PMS and Channel Manager), payment services, and web hosting, with whom we have signed specific agreements guaranteeing data protection. All suppliers adopt adequate measures for the security and confidentiality of information.
