General conditions


RESERVATIONS

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to secure a booking; this deposit can be paid with credit card, PayPal or bank transfer and have to be paid within 5 days from the reservation date. The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if the payment is not registered within time of 5 days.

The remaining 50% of the outstanding balance will be due the check-in day;

In case of cancellation, the Company is entitled to retain the deposit as compensation for the damages caused. Once the reservation is cancelled, the period will be immediately released to accept new bookings.

In case of no show at check-in, the Guest will not be able to claim for any refund or compensation and Full accommodation cost will be charged.

 

CANCELLATION FEE

If the Guest has to cancel the Accommodation for any reason, immediate notification to MYHOMEDOLOMITI through e-mail is required. The total Accommodation cost refunded will depend if the apartment will be rent for the same price to others clients

- No refund will be due in the case the guests will voluntarily stop the stay before its end (Early Departure).

 CHANGES BY THE COMPANY

In case of unexpected reasons not imputable to the company for which the accommodation could not be occupied by the guest, the Company will make available to the guest another accommodation with equal or greater characteristics without any reimbursement to both the parties.
