Newly built flat, inside a small house of only 4 units, just a few steps from the ski slopes and the Spinale cableway, located in a very quiet and sunny area, located close to the paths and woods surrounding Madonna di Campiglio and a short distance from the main square of the village. On the first floor it is on 2 levels and consists of an entrance hall, a bright living room, kitchenette, dining area, and TV area with sofa, from the large windows of the living room there is access to a panoramic balcony. In the sleeping area there is a room with 3 beds, one of which is a bunk bed and a single bed, a second room with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, from the bedrooms there is access to a second balcony, an internal staircase from the entrance leads to the third double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and balcony, this room is characterized by a full-wall glass window overlooking the living room below.
